📦 Conditions for open purchase:

  • ✔️ The item must be unused and in new condition.
  • ✔️ The packaging must be unbroken and undamaged.
  • ✔️ The return must be made within 30 days of leaving our warehouse.
  • ✔️ Returns via account do not require a receipt – all info is linked to your order.

📌 Please note! The following items are not covered by open purchase:

  • Specially ordered items.
  • Hygiene items and products with broken packaging.
  • Food and medical products.

📬 Returns – This is how you do it!

We want to make returns easy and convenient for you. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account at orders.primmeshiper.com
  2. Select your order – Click on the order you want to return and follow the instructions.
  3. Get your return label for free – Download it directly or contact us and we will send it to you.
  4. Pack items securely – Please use original packaging.
  5. Drop off the package or book a pickup – via PostNord.
  6. Fast refund! – The money will be returned via the same payment method.

🚨 Unclaimed packages

If an order is not picked up or returned from the drop-off location, a shipping and handling fee will be charged:

  • SEK 149 per package
  • SEK 499 per pallet

📌 Primmeshiper is charged for this, which means that the fee will be added if you do not pick up the package.

📌 If you pick up the package and return it yourself within 30 days, our standard return terms apply - then you will not pay this fee.

⚠️ Error picking – Important information!

If you have received the wrong item, this must be reported to customer service within 4 days of receiving the package.

📸 Photo proof! Send us pictures of the wrong pick in your message.

🔹 After approved return of incorrectly selected item, we will send:

  • ✔️ The right product (if in stock).
  • ✔️ Refund (if you prefer).
