đ Returns
If you need to return an item, you can do so quickly and easily via our returns portal. Follow the steps below to return your order.
đŹ How to return an item:

Log in to your account at orders.primmeshiper.com and go to âMy Ordersâ .

Select your order â Click on the order you want to return and follow the instructions.

Get your return label for free â Download it directly or contact us and we will send it to you.

Pack safely â Please use original packaging to avoid damage during transport.

Drop off the package or book a pickup â Drop it off at your nearest PostNord agent or book a pickup if necessary.

Fast refund! â Once we have received and approved, we will refund the amount via the same payment method you used for the purchase.
đ Important information about returns

âïž Returns must be made within 30 days of leaving our warehouse.

âïž The item must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition to be approved.

â Specially ordered goods, hygiene items and medical products are not eligible for returns.

âčïž Returns of purchased goods and custom-made items have limited right of return - contact customer service for more information.

â ïž If you return without first contacting us, the handling time may be longer.
đŠ Unclaimed packages
If an order is not picked up or returned from the drop-off location, a shipping and handling fee will be charged:

âą SEK 149 per package

âą SEK 499 per pallet
đ If you pick up the package and return it yourself within 30 days, our standard return terms apply - then you will not pay this fee.
â ïž Complaints & damages
If you have received the wrong item or if the item was damaged during transport, this must be reported to customer service within 4 days of receiving the package.
đ Right of complaint: 3 years according to Swedish law.
đž Photo evidence! In order for us to be able to handle the matter quickly and smoothly, you need to send pictures of the wrong item or damage in your message to customer service.
đč After an approved complaint, we will either send:

âïž The right product (if in stock).

âïž Refund (if you prefer).
âł Refund & Handling Time

â±ïž We strive to provide fast service and will process your return as quickly as possible.

đ° We will refund no later than 30 days after the return has been received and approved.
