The bottle is easy to remove from the stand or wall mount to then flush the eyes on the way to a doctor or a fixed eye shower station. All liquid hits the eye in a continuous and even flow and has a quick start - a firm blow with the hand on the protective hood breaks the safety seal. According to the regulations of the Swedish Occupational Safety and Health Authority, an eyewash device must be located in the immediate vicinity of risky workplaces. It is therefore important that the injured person does not have to find a long way and that the path to the eye shower is clear, without obstacles. The injured person must be able to find and get there himself, perhaps without seeing and with pain in the eyes. When handling alkaline and other corrosive substances, the flushing device must be at arm's length. Once a bottle has been opened, it should be used immediately and then thrown away. Replace with an unopened bottle.
